how fragrant are the candles?

each of our candles produces a rich, long-lasting fragrance. while certain scents do help to eliminate odours, it’s not specially designed to be a room deodorizer.

long long will take to receive my order?

we strive to have all orders processed within 1 to 3 business days. due to covid-19, processing times may be increased. typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in canada and 5-7 business days in the usa. actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

yes, we offer wholesale and bulk discounts. minimum order quantities and annual purchase amounts are applicable in order to maintain active wholesale status. please reach out to us if you are interested in more information.

orders outside of canada may be charged applicable duties, fees, and taxes by the shipping carrier that are outside the control of by kiele.
